Theories of Writing

This was my most fulfilling writing class that I have taken for the Writing Minor at DU! Throughout the quarter, we discussed all different theories of writing. We also kept a journal that we would write in before every class-- but this journal was unique because every journal entry was written in a different writing genre. For example, one week, we practiced scrapbook writing, where I took old writing from past, random sticky notes and put them together to form a new meaning. For my final, I wrote a fun writing piece about what my personal theory of writing is.
